My practice explores the relationship between fashion and sculptural art. For me, the tension lies in exploring what makes certain textiles become charged with fashion qualities and turn into carriers of identity. Through my sculptures, I aim to examine, amplify, and find connections - or frictions - with the textiles we dress in and the textile we dream of wearing.
